ID Card slot Booking Process - Staff/faculty
Help Document for Staff/Faculty: Physical ID Card Issuing Process
In the interest of ensuring everyone’s safety inside Somaiya Vidyavihar’s campus, we are implementing safety measures in places that need to be followed by the staff and faculty.
This Help Document explains the process to issue the ID card via My Account portal.
Step 1: Login to My Account portal with your SVV net credentials and select the Utility option from the highlighted Menu.

Step 2: Select Book Icard Slot option to start your process.

Step 3: Please verify all the given information for your respective account and proceed accordingly for the ID card slot booking process.

If the given information is incorrect, then please get in touch with the respective college ID card coordinator and get it rectified, post which you can continue for slot booking.

Step 4: For Slot booking, after verifying that all given information is correct, click Proceed for booking option.

Step 5: You can book the slot as per timing available along with calendar modules.

After clicking on available slot, you will get below message box.
After Clicking on YES Book option, your slot for an ID card will be confirmed.
You will receive below given email confirmation for Slot booking successfully
.
In case any defined slot will be cancelled from ID card admin, then all booked slots candidates will receive email confirmation.
