Semester Wise Promotion 2022

Definition : -

Semester/Trimester wise promotion means promoting student to semester/trimester 1 to 2..2..3..etc.

Prerquisite -

1.Subject profile needs to created to do this activity

2. One member id or student name for testing or checking purpose

Process :

Login to collegeworm and select appropriate Academic Year : for eg if you are doing semester wise promotion for AY 2020-21 then select AY 2020-21 in collegeworm

Step 1

Admission - > Provisional admission - > Add -> Promotion -> Semester wise bulk promotion

Step 2.

Select class & To & From Semester

If you are doing promotion semester 1 to semester 2 then select from “semester 1” & in to “Semester 2”

Click on save.

Step 3

How to check promotion is done or not.

Take one member id and check member history of the student

Put member id & click on admission details, in semester section it should show all semester

You can also generate report for promotion for cross check or verification
