How to use Helpdesk Portal
Step 1 :
Navigate to https://ithelpdesk.somaiya.edu/support/home
Step 2 :
Click on Report an Issue
Step 3 :
Enter the required information, add the subject line of issue and explain your issue in description.
Also attach images regarding the issue screenshot if any and submit
Step 4 :
Ticket ID will be created & sent to your given email id , which you can use for reference purposes.
