1.About My Account Portal -
My account portal is students portal where students can login and avail the services which are offered in Somaiya vidyavihar University & Somaiya Vidyavihar campus
Using this portal, students can,
1. Update the profile,Manage their credentials..etc
2. Apply for offered services like Library,Railway consession, Hall Ticket..etc
3. Pay the pending dues and get the summary of the payment.

2.Login Process
2.1 After completing the admission process, students will get my account portal credentials i.e SVV Net ID on their registered email id. for eg.
In case if student have not received any email they can reach to techsupport@somaiya.edu for assistance & support
2.2How to Login in to my account portal
Once students got the credentials, they can go to myaccount.somaiya.edu portal and enter the user name password.
After successful login they will be redirected to the students profile.
3.How to proceed to pay pending dues/installment
3.1To pay the remaining amount and check the payment history student ca go to fees section and check payment history and pending dues
Click on Pending Fees to check your pending installments
Select the installment which you want to proceed and click on pay now button
It will redirected to payment gateway for eg..Ccavenue click on continue to payment gateway
Select payment method and proceed for payment.
After successful payment, you will get acknowledgement of the payment.
3.2. How to check payment history
After successful payment, you can check payment history for all your transaction

1.I forget my SVV net id & Password -
You can reset the password by using forgot password option using my account
Enter your SVV net id - > click on forget option -> select option as SVV net ID and enter the SVV net id click on submit button.
You will receive a new updated password on your registered email id.
2.What if my payment get failure -
In case of payment failure please check with your bank it may be due to a bank issue. If there is no issue from the bank side then you can reach the college administration team who can help you to diagnose the problem or you can also write techsupport@somaiya.edu with all transaction details and screen shot of the message.
2.Amount got debited but haven't received acknowledgement
Request you to check with your bank if there is no issue with the bank side then we need to wait for 4-5 days to get the amount refunded from payment gateway, if the amount is received in somaiya account then you will get aknowledgement of the payment.
In case if you are not finding any solution you can reach the college administration team or you can write mail to techsupport@somaiya.edu.
3.My installment dates are over -
We request you to pay the amount within the given installment date. In any case if the installment date is over please reach the college administration team they will help you to extend your due date after approval from management, then you can proceed further.
