Major steps after creation of shift / If you are not receiving auto attendance, please follow the procedures below.
Step 1 :
Go to company setup > click on configuration > then Mail Scheduler.
Step 2 :
Select the auto attendance process which is already created > Go to reminder service rules.
Step 3 :
On upper left corner you will find time log to in and out & in and out to daily attendance both must be enabled along with days coverage should 31 and start date should be 0
Step 4 :
As you can see in the screenshot below, employee coverage must be mapped for all branches.
